This is an impressive program. While the original design was for plotting 3D parametric equations, it can easily be adjusted to make normal 3D plots. The graphs are in greyscale, and implement hidden line removal. You can also rotate the graph (or have it rotate automatically), enlarge or shrink the graph, and move it around on the screen.

To plot functions of the form f(x,y), just use x=u, y=v, and z=f(u,v).
