I am in the process of finding the K-values for some of my experimental tests on cold-formed steel columns and came across effective length factor program by Carlos online. But I found it difficult to open after unzipping it,please,I will highly appreciate it if any one can let me know if I need another program like excel e.t.c. to open it before I can use it. I will be looking forward to hearing from you as soon as possible. Thank you. | ||
