Unfortunately 1.25 Beta 4 only runs on PowerPC and is thus incompatible with modern Intel Macs of the last decade. Apple released Mac OS X v10.6 "Snow Leopard" on August 28, 2009 as Intel-only, removing support for the PowerPC architecture. It is also the last Mac OS X version that supports PowerPC based applications, as Mac OS X v10.7 "Lion" dropped support for Rosetta.
