Multiple Linear Regression Using Neural Networks

Description:Implements Shallow Feed-forward Neural Network Regression. Neural networks usually do not give you the coefficients of the regression model they use. Instead, you give these NNs the matrix X and column vector Y, and also a column of Xv values to predict the y values for. Neural networks can model with acceptable errors very complex nonlinear regression models.
