(50G) Chill factor, 4 Heat Indexes, Hardy's dew Temperature & Vapour satured Pression - Gil - 2026-08-08 14:10

Two main programs under the  directory TEMPERATURE :

Chill, that calculates the cold feeling/temperature when windy conditions
HeatIndex, that calculates 4 different kind of indexes relative to discomfort or temperature in function of the humidity and the wind:
- UTCI, Universal Thermal Climate Index, the most accurate index
- AT, Australian Apparent Temperature
- NWS, National Weather Service
- Humidex, Canadian old approximation index

Heat Index uses the separate program Tdew= f(T°C & Humidity%) and, for vapour saturated pressure, the also separate program Psat=g(T°C), both applying the most accurate Hardy's formula.
