Audio EQ Cookbook for HP 15c CE 1.0.2   (details) Other ENG   607 KB
This HP 15c CE software package is for any audio enthusiast, audio engineer, or software engineer that wants to generate the coefficients for any of the 9 different filters defined in the classic "Audio EQ Cookbook" document. Furthermore, this package also calculates the complex frequency response for any of the 9 filters at any arbitrary frequency. User-memory image (.mem) as well as full program listings in different formats (.15c, .jrn, .txt, etc.) are included in the package. This software can only run in 15.2 mode due to program size. See documentation for more details.

Forward Discrete Fourier Transform for HP 15c CE 1.1.1   (details) Other ENG   202 KB
This HP 15c program implements an N-point forward Discrete Fourier Transform for any real-valued sequence in Matrix A. This relatively small program is for anyone who is in dire need of calculating the Forward DFT of a real-valued sequence with no computer or advanced calculator in sight. This software can run with the HP15c CE in default mode (20-point DFT max) or 15.2 mode (52-point DFT max). The zip file contains a flashable .bin file plus plain-text program listings in common formats (.15c, .jrn, etc.) Full documentation (with instructions, sanity-check example, comments, per-instruction stack state, and execution timing tables) is included as well.

HP50GPS 1.0   (details) 49/50 ENG   112 KB / 10 KB
ScreenshotHP50GPS is a set of programs designed to capture, display and save GPS data on the 50g calculator via the serial port. The programs are written in User RPL and System RPL and require an NMEA 2.2 complaint serial GPS unit and a serial cable. An SD card is required to save collected GPS data. Code was developed and tested using the cable available at the commerce site of hpcalc.org. Package includes binary program files, plain-text source code and user's guide.

Ladder-on-Box Puzzle Solver for HP 15c 1.0   (details) Other ENG   167 KB / 2 KB
This program solves the classic problem of a ladder resting on a square box. This program will solve the problem in two ways: (1) Plugging and chugging or (2) using the 15c SOLVE function. This is for anyone who is ever in dire need of calculating the distance between the tip of the ladder down to the top of the box on which the ladder is resting. In all honesty, this is just a trivial program for one very particular type of problem – unless you really need to find out how high you can climb on a ladder of length L resting on a square box of height c. However, it does two things for me (and maybe you as well): helps get experience coding with the SOLVE function, and gives some exposure/intuition on how to use it to find the roots of a function in general with the 15c.

Radio Shack Scanner Frequency Data Loader 1.0   (details) 49/50 48 ENG   10 KB / 7 KB
This User RPL program can load channel/frequency/delay/lock-out/priority data to Radio Shack scanners made by GRE which support the "Radio Shack Scanner Control Protocol" (this protocol supports one-way data transfer only). Also provided is an automatic restore function. Frequency data is stored in numerical matrices that the user can easily modify via the matrix writer. An HP serial cable and a female DB9 to 1/8" phone plug are required. Full source code and cable construction information is provided.

Windowing Function Figures of Merit for HP 15c 1.0   (details) Other ENG   224 KB / 2 KB
This software pac calculates the figures of merit for several windowing functions used in signal processing. It also allows the user to define their own windowing functions and have these figures calculated. Figures of Merit Calculated: Coherent Loss, Equivalent Noise Bandwidth, Processing Loss, Scalloping Loss, Worst-Case Loss (Processing Loss times Scalloping Loss), and Frequency Response evaluated at frequency f.
